How to use?
If you want to heat it up – remove the decorative pillowcase and place it in a microwave for around 90-120 seconds (based on 800W microwave, adjust the time accordingly to the power). You can also heat it up in oven at a temperature of 100-120C for 20 minutes.
To use it as a cold compress – place pillow inside a plastic freezer bag and put it in the freezer for around an hour. Simple as that!
Please take special care while heating up! Do not overheat the pillow or it may lose its properties and cause burns.
