Sewing is a tradition maintained in Lucyna`s family for generations. Her grandmother made warm, wonderfully soft duvets using geese feathers. As a child Lucyna was living on a farm, close to nature, with orchards full of apple and cherry trees, fields of barley, buckwheat and sunflowers nearby. It inspired her to create natural products and made it easier to find organic graded materials.
An idea for the GrainNook brand was born in the year 2017. It all started in a small Irish town of Carlow, where a loving and caring wife wanted to improve her family`s life by finding a remedy for her baby son’s colic and husband’s back pain. Scientific inquiry, scientific research, test and trials to this comfy and healthy solution – The perfect pillows.

GrainNook is a green brand. The products are made from organic materials – both cotton, as well as filling, are certified organic made in Europe. GrainNook also makes sure to produce as little waste as possible and use green energy sources.
